Natureplex, LLC, an over-the-counter drug manufacturer headquartered in Olive Branch, MI, has licensed feminine hygiene brand Massengill from Prestige Brands Holdings.   Massengill, which has been around since the 1970s, hold the No. 2 position in the category.
